YOGA: SOUL Flow

Service Description

SOUL Flow is a free faith based yoga class. This class will flow to uplifting music focused on the goodness of God. Donations will be accepted, with 100% of contributions benefiting our Mission of the Month. All are welcome. Please bring your own mat, sweat towel and water bottle. Duration: 60 minutes Target Temperature: 80-85* Participants must have a registration + waiver of liability form on file before attending their first SOULSHINE class.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 90 minutes before the scheduled class begins to allow another member to reserve the spot. Cancellation for early morning classes are required by 9 pm the previous evening.
