7:00-8:00 pm     Warm Slow Flow

5:15-6:00 am     Barre-inspired Tone + Sculpt 

5:30-6:15 pm      Mat Pilates

6:30-7:30 pm      Hot Yoga (format may vary)

8:20-9:20am     Hot Vinyasa Flow
