Service Description
This class format combines high intensity interval training with strength and resistance training to build cardiovascular endurance, as well as a stable core and toned muscles. Expect upbeat, motivating music, lots of sweat, and lots of fun! Duration: 45 minutes Target temperature = 80 - 85*

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 90 minutes before the scheduled class begins to allow another member to reserve the spot. Cancellation for early morning classes are required by 9 pm the previous evening.
