Service Description

Proper form of each posture used in Sun Salutations A + B will be discussed and demonstrated. Students will practice each pose while a qualified instructor offers hands-on assists to gently guide participants into correct postural alignment. Students will gain confidence in their daily practice, and a greater sense of body awareness.
