Service Description

Proper form for each pose in Sun Salutation A + Sun Salutation B will be discussed,demonstrated, and practiced, with time allowed to ask questions and seek guidance. Participants will practice each posture, with an instructor offering verbal cues and hands-on assists to improve body alignment.
